"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

to put Pictures on DA, when you are on your userpage, look near the top on the right hand side, there should be a button that says "submit art" you click on that, and then you have to put the required infomation into it.
to send a note, you go to the userpage/person that you ewant to write a note to, then you click on the button that says "send a note" then you scroll down and put in a message and then click "send note" then taa daa, a note is sent xD
what do you mean by "and not have 2 reply"????
